Energy Balancing sessions and meditation coaching are personalized to your needs and intentions. While each experience is unique, consistency and commitment help support meaningful, lasting change.

Session are offered in person at Rooted Wellness & Spa (Pleasanton, CA) or virtually via Zoom/FaceTime. For virtual sessions, cameras are requested to remain on to support connection.
Cancellation Policy
Please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours in advance.
• Group Sound Bath Sessions: Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the session fee. Fees are non-refundable, but may be applied to a future session when canceled with 48 hours’ notice.
• Individual Energy Balancing Sessions: Late cancellations incur a $50 fee, with the remaining balance applied to a future session. Fees are non-refundable.

Payment
Payment is due in full at booking. Payments are non-refundable and confirm acceptance of these terms. Payment can be made on line via Square at time of booking. If you have received a gift card a donated or promotional package or need to reschedule with a credit please call Tiffany.
Confidentiality & Disclaimer

Nature of Services: I understand Reflection Meditation provides non-medical relaxation services including meditation, Reiki, energy balancing, and sound baths. These practices are gentle, supportive, and are not medical treatment.
Medical Disclaimer: I know these services do not replace licensed medical or psychological care. No health or psychiatric claims are made.
Participation and Health: I affirm I am in good condition and aware relaxation can cause therapeutic or emotional responses.
Sound Bowl Therapy Exclusions: I will not participate in sound bowl sessions if I have implanted medical devices, open wounds, tumors, neurological disorders, tinnitus or am in early pregnancy.
Results and Responsibility: I acknowledge multiple sessions may be needed for imbalances and there are no guaranteed results. I am responsible for my choices. All sessions are confidential.
Liability Release: I release Reflection Meditation and its practitioners from any liability related to participation.
