What does a Sound Bowl Reflection session look like?

When scheduling we will determine the where, the when and your intentions. 

Intentions can be for personal energy alignment and/or clearing a home or office so that the energy within your space supports your intentions. 

When I arrive, I will set up the sound bowls and reaffirm your intentions.  You can sit or lie down and we begin with a guided meditation to quiet the mind and begin shifting the energies within you and the space where your work or reside. 

This clearing can open you to healing, stress reduction, growth and balance.

If you struggle with focus during meditation sound bowls can help clear away the blocked energy preventing you from finding the quiet and flow within meditation. 

Group sessions are similar and may have a broader focus or theme.
